Lottery

If I won the lotteryI have been mulling over this for a few days; it is hard to say. I know that there are a number of things I would do first before I treated myself. I consider myself to be very considerate of others, and it would please me more to help someone else other than myself. The first thing I would do is (okay this is for myself but for good reason), pay off my student loans. Next, I would like to be sure that my mother and my sister had enough to be comfortable, and they can treat themselves. Another thing I would like to do is have an animal sanctuary. I would purchase acres and acres of land, and take in any animal that has no other refuge. I would hire people to help me and give them a generous pay. I would not stop working and I would continue to work as long as I could. Maybe, just maybe, after I fulfill all those intentions, I want to travel. Remember, I will have my animals waiting for me and would not want to leave them too long. I have to be honest, I do have one guilty pleasure.....and it includes a trip to Nordstrom, maybe Harrods in London. I won't go overboard, just a few guilty pleasures.

New Year's Resolution.....ufffff

Now that The holidays are nearing the END, time for NYR (New Years Resolution)....I usually don't have one...well I have an idea of what I should, or could do, but not really what I WANT TO Do......however, mine is the standard issue "get in shape"............get back to walking and doing yoga, maybe eating better.......I am curious as to what other people are thinking?

California Dreaming>>>>>>

I think that now that old man winter has arrived, I am dreaming about a tropical paradise......I think I would love to go to The Mediterranean (first). I would love to visit Greece; the beautiful beaches and crystal clear blue warm water. I want to sit outside after a day at the beach, and eat delicious spanakopita. I would love to go to Venice.....but even though I want the warmth, I have always wanted to go to Tibet. Maybe the outback, or an African Safari.....there are too many places, and I hope can visit them all one day to. I was thinking Alaska, but I don't want to be stuck on a cruise ship, I would rather be out trekking, or hiking...Oh THE Swiss Alps! Maybe I could get up to being a black diamond**.............A nice warm summer breeze would be welcoming, anywhere, to escape. I also love Sedona, Arizona, and the San Juan Islands in Washington State. See Orcas Island and the occasional Seal (if you are lucky), and if you have a clear day see the snow topped Mount Rainier... maybe Chile, Argentina and my last one: Cape Town, South Africa.

My 1st blog!!!!!!

Well here goes........I have to say that I am so happy and thankful; many reasons.....good health and so happy with my new adventures.
